NASBP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Virtual Seminars are not eligible for cancellations or refunds. Purchasers will receive recordings of missed Virtual Seminars.
All other events are eligible for refunds in accordance with the cancellation policy for each specific event (see event page for applicable policy). All refunds will be issued by check and a 5% processing fee will be deducted from purchases made with a credit card.
Registration cancellation policy (excludes Virtual Seminars)
All cancellations must be sent in writing to NASBP at email@example.com or via fax at (202) 686-3656. For a full refund, a written cancellation must be received 30 calendar days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received between 15 - 29 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations received in less than 15 calendar days prior to the event are not eligible for refunds. All refunds on payments made with credit cards will be charged a 5% processing fee.
